Can anyone tell me about something called modelling chocolate? Can I buy it, or is it something I have to make? I need to mold a family sculpture for a cake I am decorating, and fondant just isn't doing the trick! Any other ideas or suggestions will be greatly welcomed! Thanks for all your help!

fondant doesn't work well 
why not try gumpaste???
