What kind of license or other business guidelines do you have to have or follow in order to sell ediable images? Can you print these up and sell them lets say on ebay for example. I am doing alot of research on what type of items and I would like to provide for my clients. I go back and forth on whether to bake cakes, cookies, cupcakes etc. and/or also have decorating supplies for my store. (ie the edible images, cake toppers, pans etc). Does anyone else sell their images?

Thank you in advance for any feedback.

I would sell them to anyone if they wanted one. I am not sure what rules you have to follow. I do know that most bakeries in my area will sell them anywhere from 5.00-10.00 depending on where you go.

My canon printer is used A LOT for my cakes...but no one has asked for only the image.

The only real guideline I know of that you'd need to follow would be to only sell images that aren't copyrighted/trademarked unless you have permission from the owner/holder.
