I bought a bottle of this creamer because of an earlier post. How much do I use in a scratch cake recipe and do I substitute it for another liquid i.e. milk?I want to try it and see if it is as good as everyone here says it is. Thanks for your help.

I replace the milk or water with the creamer. I posted a butter pecan filling that would go great with that. I have not tried that creamer yet, but I have used the others.
