When setting up my prices for cakes, I struggled with calculating the price and # of servings for a round cake. Sheet cakes have "party" size pieces and 2x2" # of servings. The charts I have found show "party or wedding" # of servings for round cake. How do I estimate the # of servings if a person would like a larger 2x2" serving size??? or am I making this too difficult??
