Thought I would share:
If you are in a hurry and need the wafer paper butterflies to dry faster after piping gel has been spread thinly over the face of them lay them on the top of a table lamp shade. Be careful not to let the paper touch the bulb but they dry very quickly this way especially when it is humid and it takes so long otherwise.

I am pretty new at cake decorating and I am eager to learn everything about it. It has become my new obsession. I have seen wafer paper for sale at some websites but I have not been able to find any instuctions or more information on how to use it. If you have any info could you please pass it along? thank you
