I have done several of the small 3d bear & charge $7.00 for that one. I also have the small #1 Wilton pan and will charge $3.00 for that one. I have never had anyone tell me that they didn't want it for that price.

i used the 4 inch spring form from wilton i got it at michaels for like 2.50 a great deal if you ask me ......It only takes about 1 cup of batter if even that....so my smash cakes are free....

regardless of the age....I just love to practice....I usually only tell them about the smash cake for the 1st birthday ahead of time...and the rest if they ask i will tell them yes it is free otherwise it is usually a suprise and they love............it!

my fairy godmother was a smash cake....

I do charge for the smash cake as it is usually an exact replica of the larger cake or it is the intricately designed cake of the two. The most I have charged is $15 for a smash cake of a basketball and it accompanied a slab cake that was plainly decorated with an edible image and some writing.
