How many cups of batter does 1 cake recipe extender recipe yeild?
I think it makes about 8 - 9 cups. I used the recipe a couple of weeks ago for a pan that needed 7 cups of cake batter and I had enough left to fill a 6 inch round about 1/2 way.Maybe someone else has meausured exactly, so here's your bump.
