i dont use the citric acid... the reason is that i just do this for fun and to practice... what i use is only water sugar and gelatina yes some time i get that cloudy gel what i do is put all the gelatin in the pan and boil it again sometimes its works and sometimes not i have to see why sometimes it dont i think if putting in the gelatin while it still to hot that might be why it dont look clear
now the photo with the 3 flowers in one mold that one i used SPRITE lol
no problem i havnt use 7 up but ill see what happen
may i ask u know about gelatin the words citric acid made me think that u do

I'm just learning about flower gelatins, what I've been done is transfer gelatins, they are easy.
I have the recipe for sprite transparent gelatin but I' havent taste it yet.. but I'will soon.
But I really want to learn those gelatin flowers that I think are made out with wire... (it sounds familiar) I don't now who to explain but I saw some pics here of san diego's something show.
