I am doing a wedding cake at the outer banks for june 10- the bride is wanting seashells( which isn't a problem) however, she wants me to make ocean coral for the topper. I used royal icing and piped some coral with a number 6 tip. It kind of looks like a cactus. Any suggestions from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
