I have a box of colors that I bought back in 1999. Last time I used them they seemed pretty thick and didn't color my frosting evenly. Is it time to throw them away? Do they go "bad"?

Thanks! usaribbon.gif

As far as I know the only time the colors go bad is if you get something in them. If they are just thick, add in a couple of drops of glycerin, stir it up with a toothpick, then put the lid back on it and let it sit. It should thin it out for you.
