Hello Sam,

I'm in the process of paying for a cake projector.

I would like to know more about how to use one.

I take it that there isn't a tutorial on how to use one. icon_confused.gif

I would like to see someone actually use one.

Can you give me any pointers, I haven't a clue one anything.

Can you email me your response on some type of help.

i use to use one all the time in retail bakeries. i prefer piping gel, it doesnt blow off like buttercream. never tried royal icing, thats so stiff.

try'' kopykakes'' website, they probably have instructions of some kind.
