I am making a purse cake which I have done before, this time I used strawberry filling instead of bc. I made a damn for the filling with the butter cream, but as I started to insert dowel rods my strawberry filling was oozing. I made sure I did not over fill the damn and tried not to use alot of strawberry. Any suggestions....I am so tired right now but I started to bake another cake. I do not think the one with the strawberry filling will be standing by morning even though I put dowel rods for support. Thanks guys ![]()
