Color Flow? What Is It And How Do You Use It?

I keep seeing color flow everywhere but have no idea what it is, how you use it or what you use it for. Any help?? icon_confused.gif

Color flow is similar to meringue powder. You use it to make decorations that will dry hard like gumpaste. It is a powder that you mix. You outline your design and then let the color flow flow in to fill the design. Then, let it dry. Here is a link to info on it :
