How To Make Water Lilies-Help Please

I have been asked to make the Lover's Leap cake from the Wilton site in June. The istructions say to make water lilies using tip #81, but doesn't give actual instructions for making the flower. Can anyone help me, please? 
I don't know what the cake looks like but I would imagine that if you use tip 81 it would probably be similar to making a mum. i don't know this for sure but that would be my guess.
OK, I just found a pic of the cake (which is very cute!) the water lillies look like mums to me and Wilton has instructions on the site for how to make them. HTH!
