Do I Need To Rebake

Ok I had an order that was due for Thursday. I always bake two days out. For example I baked last night was ging to decorate tonight & have the cake ready to deliver Thursday am. She now does not want the cake till Friday I have wrapped them in wrap will they stay fresh till then or should I rebake tonight? Thanks

I would tightly wrap them and freeze them, but I always freeze my cakes because it seems to lock in the moistness. If you do not like freezing, I would say that the cakes should be okay till Friday, I would not rebake.

No, you won't need to rebake. I have even left mine in a cool oven for a few days and they were fine.

As long as you wrap them tightly, they will keep. I always bake a couple of days in advance, and wrap tightly. They come out very moist this way.
