I am doing a wedding cake for an outside wedding on Memorial Day and I was wondering what type of icing would be best to use if it does get warmer. My worst fear is that it will melt. I would have refrigerated it, but now I am also a bridesmaid. Help!! What should I do??

I really need help with this. The temp on Monday is supposed to be close to 90! Please, if you have any ideas, let me know.

I would use and all crisco buttercream with merangue powder added. This type seems to hold up best in hot weather.
