Making a chocolate cake with BC frosting and chocolate decorations. Need to transport this three hours in an airconditioned car to location. The cake will not be refrigerated when it gets to location but will be inside. Not a large cake -- however, I do want to fill the cake. Any ideas for fillings that do not need refrigeration, hold up and will complement the rich chocolate cake and BC frosting?

Thanks

I would go with a fruit filling like strawberry or raspberry. Both go great with chocolate and will be a nice and tangy complement to your rich cake!

I think it depends on the weather. if you're doing this in July, I think you'd have trouble with the chocolate BC regardless.

No way to get a car with A/C?????
