My daughter is turning 3 in Aug. and we are doing a Bubble party. Years ago I saw a simple 2 layer round cake done in fondant. I think the colors were aquas and blues and it was just circles layered on for a bubble theme. Does anyone have this picture by chance? I know it's a long shot. Since I make cakes I would like to make her something very cool. Does anyone have any great "bubble" ideas? Thanks! Traci

I love this one

Maybe you could use that one for inspiration on part of your cake. I think the "bubbles" are fondant balls painted with gel color and vodka?[/url]

I agree with you msladybug! That is a great cake!
another idea for you.................not to deal with the cake but my sister-in-law hired a bouble magician and then for goodie bags put all thing related to boubles in a bouble pouch like one used for packing. Also for a game she put sheets of boubles on the floor and played music and let the kids pop all the bouble and who ever poped the most won a prize. Just thought I would share.
