What is the deal with them not being able to sell to anyone in the state of California? icon_cry.gificon_mad.gif

Some time back in the middle to late 90s a napa lawyer/judge decided that since there is silver in them they would cause a hazard to the little kids. I know I know we all ate them are we are still here. what funny is they say they are not edible but there are the long bullet shape ones and they are licorice. I just found all this out last week when I was looking for them at the local store and cake store. I just thought my local store was always outta them. hope this helps
