I agree with Monica....YOU need to be on one of those cake decorating contest shows!!
Thanks...but let me tell you that while I'm am working on these cakes, I am constantly thinking about those 6 or 8 hr time limits on the Food Network...
I don't think I could do it! Perhaps, if you rehearse and go through the motions and time yourself, etc... but what the heck do they do when they don't know the theme? 
I'm fascinated how fast they can work....particularly when they don't have the luxury of much-needed drying time for some fondant and gumpaste!
I am very willing to enter in a cake contest, but a live performance? I don't know how they get ready for that!!! Whew!!! I feel anxious just thinking about it!!

I can understand you being nervous just thinking about it, but your cakes are AMAZING & maybe who knows, one day someone is going to see your work & It may lead to you being the next Collette or the other great cake decorators. I would root of you all the WAY!! I wish you the best of luck in what ever that you decide to do. Why not give the cake compitions a try? What do you have to loose? You have so much more to gain! I am SO proud of your work!!
