Hi,
Can someone please help me how do I get the fondant to turn blue or what ever color beside plain white cause I bought the ready to use kind

You use food coloring. I prefer the paste. They come in a variety of colors.

When I did mine - I used Wilton's cornflower blue. It was the perfect blue!
