Hello

Our instructor is holding a mini contest of sorts tonight at our class. She knows as well as the rest of us that the Wilton fondant tastes like crap. So she challenged us to bring in our own fondant for the class to try and decide which recipe she will share with future classes.

I plan on using the MMF recipe from here, but I do not know the best way to go about doing it.

Should I do one big cake or petit fours?

What should I use under the MMF? Just BC or something more tasty?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as my class starts at 6:30 tonight!

(Nothing like leaving it to the last minute...ack!)

Use buttercream under MMF and make one big cake. I've never made petit fours but I think most are covered with something that you can pour over the lil cakes.

I would also use BC and do one cake. A lot faster than having to do a lot of little different cakes.

Have fun! Your teachers sounds great!
