HELP, I have 2 ice crem sheetcakes to make for a Mother's Day dinner at my church and I don't know how to ice it like they do in the sores.....Thanks everyone

I made an ice cream cake the other day. I used a pastry pride whipped icing and it turned out great!! My husband told his mother while we were eating it, that it looks harder to make than it actually is...DOH! That was supposed to be my secret!!

Whipped cream or anything like it. Anything that contains butter is a bad idea because it will be frozen when you eat it.
