Colored Fondant Question

A question for all you fondant gurus:

I am planning to tackle my first cake with MMF accents, but thought of a potential issue. If I have MMF accents colored red & black will the colors bleed into the BC frosting on the cake? If so is there any way to counteract this? Any help would be appreciated.

I have never had a problem with colors bleeding from fondant accents, unless they get wet. I don't refrigerate (condensation) and put the accents on after the BC has crusted.
