Sometimes I use Royal Icing, Wilton's Decorater Icing (it's stiffer) or Piping Gel. It depends on the look I want. Some CCr's use chocolate but I have not tried it yet, will soon though. Hope this helps!!

I forgot to mention that some peoppl use Buttercream!
