I have a client who wants his wife to have an Angel Food cake for her birthday but he wants it to be decorated. What do I do?

possibly a stabilized whipped cream frosting

(or could see if some store in your area carries a non-dairy whipped topping such as Rich's Bettercream.)

Ok, I'm not sure if this link will work, but if there is some version of this simple simple cake could be decorated, it looks elegant. I hope it helps

if it didn't work as a link, go to kraftfoods.com and find Angel Lush
Good luck!
