Wilton Course I In Nyc/nj Advice Please

"Oh gosh, here we go again," is what everyone is thinking!

My coworker and I want to take the Wilton Course I, but we have heard a few horror stories and are a bit leery. What concerns us the most is the instructor. I have read a few discussions in which people have said they were disappointed with the course because the instructor was not very good.

So here I am asking anyone in the NYC/NJ metro area that has taken Course I and had a very good experience to let me know where he or she took the class and the name of the instructor if possible.

I had a good experience with all of my Wilton Classes..but i don't live close so heres a Bump

Cookieman I am closer to PA but still in Joisey. I say go for the class, unless you have Cake Nazi, you can still learn stuff from the class thumbs_up.gif

Joann in Michael's in Clifton, NJ is awesome and a great teacher.

My daughter and I took the 3 Wilton courses last year at Michael's on Route 22 west. The instructor's name is Rosemary and she is fantastic. We are going back this summer for the fondant and gumpaste course. If you are interested here is the information for that store:
