Does this look like a sombrero? I'm doing Cinco de Mayo cupcakes for a wedding rehersal dinner on Friday night. I'm doing 40 with chili peppers on top, and 40 with gumpaste sombreros. They will be in the frosting, at an angle, sticking out. The one with the red band is what the finished product will look like. I feel sort of like they look like the hat in Curious George?????
