Okay I made my RI tiara and it seems incredibly fragile. Will it get a lot harder, or did I got to all that work so that it is just going to shatter into a thousand little pieces? Does white chocolate tend to be less fragile? If all else fails I guess I will just cheat and buy a non edible tiara at the store. icon_cry.gif

I've only ever done the chocolate version which (IMO) is less fragile... but you still have to be careful! Make sure you've done at LEAST 3-4 layers thick and be REALLY patient when you remove it!

Thanks. I made another one today. The first two I made shattered. I stayed with the RI, but used a bigger tip to pipe it on with, so that it would hopefully be more stable. I think I will wait to try and take it off my paper until I have the cake actually made this time. It looks a lot better stability wise than the first ones did. I piped this one out with a 7 tip instead of a 2.
