Do any of you ever offer single or double layer round/square sheet cakes rather than the standard 9x13, 11x15, 12x18? I was thinking I'd like to start doing this and was wondering what you considered the equivalent...

For instance, I'm thinking a 10" round would be about the same as a 9x13... maybe a 14" round would be about the same as a 12x18... ? Anyone do this? Would love any feedback...thanks!!

A 9 X 13 uses one cake mix so does a 10" round. 11 x 15 uses two mixes so does a 14" round. 12 x 18 used 3 mixes so does a 16" round. I do single layers all the time.

I only do round cakes. Never tried to convert the servings from squares to round though. I just check my cake books to see how many each round serves.
