A friend wants me to make her daughter an eggless sponge cake for her first birthday. Problem is, I've never made one before...does anybody out there have any tried and tested recipes???? thanks birthday.gificon_cry.gif

The recipes seem to be pretty standard, so I would be inclined to try the one/s from recipezaar (as I've had good luck with their recipes).
