I am new to all of this and have been playing aroung with tiered cakes. Everytime I try to disassemble the cakes it is a big problem. Any suggestions on making it easier?Thanks in advance
The long angled spatula works well.
When I do that there is always a indention from the spatula, am I just being to much of a perfectionist?
