Chocolate Poke Cake?

I have an idea...did a search and could not find anything posted already, but I want to know if anyone has tried it, or if you think it will work.

The idea is a poke cake using chocolate syrup instead of jello...? What do you think?

sounds good! i would suggest warming up the syrup to thin it out a little so it runs a little more. Then chill it to get it set up. It sounds good in theory at least icon_lol.gif

Well, that's enough of a vote to try it...maybe with a strawberry cake layer I have in the freezer...I'll ;et you know!
