I made a kahlua cream cheese filling today for a bridal shower cake. I have lots left and don't want to waste it. Can I freeze it for any amount of time and still use it later? Thanks!

I don't know exactly what's in yours, but I never had any trouble freezing a basic cream cheese icing/filling. Just press a piece of plastic wrap on the surface to prevent frost-bite and it should be fine ![]()
