I Need Your Help To Finish This Cake!

Ok, here's the story. I made this baseball Jersey cake for my grandmother's 70th birthday. She loves the redsox, and I thought it would be cute. So My husband who is also a huge sox fan said to make a home jersey since it is white, and make it look just like it. Well, the home jersey is pretty boring, just the red stripe around the neckline, and the red/blue numbers. I would like to put happy birthday, or her name, or something because it is so boring. I don't want to put happy birthday directly on the cake though (I don't mind putting her name on it, but my dh say's that the name is supposed to go on top of the number which is now not possible). I also made red and blue roses thinking I can maybe girly it up a little. Maybe I can put those on the border? What do you all think? TIA! Oh, BTW, the Jersey is in my gallery because the pic was to large to post in a thread.

Nice cake! You have a lot of room at the bottom, why don't you just write "Happy Birthday .... " across the bottom (in black)? I think that would even it out.
Thanks ladies,
I finished it, you can check it out in my gallery. ![]()
