Where can I find a local person to make a princess cake for my 3 yr old daughter?

I don't want a bakery cake.

I want something fun and original.... a castle? Cinderella's coach? a doll cake or two?

Please help!!!! The party is not till June 4th but I want to find someone soon!

I'm bumping this for you. I'm too far away from Manhattan Beach, but I'm sure there are some gals who are close to you who may be able to help. C'mon SoCal girls!

I am in So Cal... where abouts in LA are you exactly?
I have done a few castles too... at least one if not more are in my pics. icon_biggrin.gif

Lisamom,

I'm in La Mirada. I wanted the same for my 3 yr old and couldn't find anyone so I made my own. It wasn't very good but she was happy (see my pics, I don't have very many.)

I may know someone that I go to school with that may be able to help (he's really good) but I won't be able to give you an answer until tomorrow because that is when I'll see him.

lisamom, I have some one who lives in Playa Del Rey. She's resonable and does very nice work too. I will P.M. you with all the particulars. Who in SoCal is going to cake camp and who wants to split the cost of Callebaut choc. The chips. That is what I use for baking and how about Merkens. I know where we can get cheap, cheap. For those of us that live here check out Ambassador Foods in The Valley and Garvey's for Merkens etc. We don't need to pay these outrageous prices.
