I have a tiered birthday cake to make for a dear friends grandmother's 85th birthday.........her favorite color is blue, and I would like to find someone that sells gumpaste flowers, as I have not learned to make them yet.........does anyone know where I can purchase them? I also had planned to make just 2 tiers, but the number of guests just jumped from 100 to 140.......can I still get away with 2 tiers?
TIA

You can definitely buy gumpaste flowers from many places online. My favorite supplier is Pfiel and Holing, but if you Google "gumpaste flowers", you will find other suppliers.

I'm concerned about your number of servings vs number of tiers. I can't imagine a visually balanced, 2 tiered cake for 100, let alone 140. What sized cakes were you planning on making?
