I'm making a 3 tier wedding cake and need to know what sizes would serve 100. I don't know if the bride wants to keep the top layer or not. The cake will be square and I think square layers would serve more. I thought some of you might have an idea 100 people seems to be a common wedding size.
The serving charts I've seen only have serving charts for round cakes.
Thanks
