Hi! I was quite inspired by the adorable mini tiered cakes in the gallery, so I went out and bought the Magic Line pans (2x2, 3x2, 4x2). Does anyone know how much time I should bake the cakes in these small pans? I'm afraid of overcooking them! Does it matter if it's a basic yellow cake or a carrot cake? Thanks!!

I start with 15 mins and then keep checking about every 3 mins. I am a stickler about checking because one min. too long can make all the difference.
