I took an advanced decorating class and we were given 1 hour and 1/2 to do a design. This is what I came up with based off a cake Antonio74 did. My border got a little messy towards the end as I ran out of time and had to rush quickly. Just wanted to share.

I took the class from an Ohio decorator who has been in business for 34 years. She is not known nationally but the class covered different media to decorate cake to make it more 3D like royal icing detailed work, string work, fondant, etc. The thing I like about this person is she brings new ideas along with the old 70's and 80's techniques which you do not see much anymore.
