Okay. The other day on the food network channel (I can't remember what show it was), but there was this restuarant I think in NY that made this bread that puffed up and the end result was a large, oblong, hollow piece of bread that for breakfast they buttered and served with preserves; and for lunch they stuffed sandwich meat and veggies in it for a sandwich. I would really like a recipe for this if anyone knows what I am talking about. Any bread recipes that are similar would greatly be appreciated. Thanks so much in advance!
