Guys I have used fondant a handful of times but it has always been mmf. Monday I decided to make a batch of rolled bc for the heck of it. I did not cover a cake with it but I made so little accents and it seemed pretty easy to work with. I would like to get some opinions on mmf vs bc fondant. Which is better for what etc...... etc......

I covered a tiered cake in rolled buttercream but seems everyone prefers the taste of MMF better. The rolled buttercream is a little greasy and found that the MMF is better for cutouts and figures.
