Is the 24kt or 14kt gold luster dust edible, I heard that it is.

I read a several weeks ago on cc that there are now fda approved dusts does anyone know where I can find them?

The real golds? Not sure about them...

Sugarcarft.com has a large selection of fda approved luster dusts--not just pearl dusts like some suppliers have.

I heard Margaret Braun say on a Sugar Rush episode that it has to be 24kt to be considered edible.

24k gold is edible...they have them in alcohol as well..

24K real gold--dust, leaf, or sheet, is edible. 24K Highlighter dust is NOT--it's for decorative purposes only.
Just be careful what you're buying. Anyone can "name" their gold colored dust "24K".
