I started sunday baking & freezing my cakes, they are all baked now. I baked off my cookies sunday evening & decorated one the 11X15 to take to work monday. Monday I decorated my cookies & made almost 50lbs. of pwd sugar into BC frosting. Tuesday night I finished the cookies & finished baking off the cakes. Tonight I will decorte the round cake - DH has to take this one to his work & the cookies go out tonight. Thursday night I will crumb coat the wedding & smooth coat a few of the 12X18's - 1 one of those go out friday night. I will finish up the wedding friday night & get up Sat. morning & finish the graduation cakes that go out between 10 & 11 Sat. I will delver the wedding at noon & be done for the week! icon_biggrin.gif

I will try to post pictures this weekend. This week is also after a slightly busy week last week. 8 doz. cookies & a 3 tier "package"cake on sat.

Thanks for all the wondrful comments - I work 8:30 - 5:30 M-F - After I get off work I come home and do a simple dinner & then get started for the night. I do have 2 boys but they are older - 22 yo still lives @ home, 14 yo still @ home & DH. All 3 of the boys help with the house, I paid the bills saturday before buying stuff to get started on sunday. It's really nice to night to have some time on CC. I have to go fix dinner & do the 10" rd - it will have the baskerweave on it. The customer is going to put fresh flowers on it right before the party. The cookies went out shortly after I got home & I forgot to get a picture of them. They were pretty simple - round cookie with bright yellow frosting & white lines to make a tennis ball.

I found this site a few weeks ago & I LOVE IT! I feel so energized & ready to try so many new things! Thanks to all the wonderful bakers on here!
