How Long Does Rolled Fondant Last

in a zip lock bag. I've had mine in a zip lock for over a week, not in the fridge. or should it be refridgerated? how long is it good for?

Are you talking about rolled butter cream, mmf or fondant?

Rolled BC, according to my recipe says it will keep in a air tight container in the fridge up to 2 weeks, mmf and fondant will keep for longer in an air tight container, but you are not suposed to put them in the fridge...
