If you're looking for the same shade as in the "Tiffany box with cherry blossoms" picture in my photos, I used the Teal gel color from Wilton and simply added a little at a time until I reached that shade.

I used sky blue and lemon yellow from Wilton to get my Tiffany Blue. They listed this combo on their website for the color Teal.

It worked well for me!
