While viewing the beautiful cakes I came across these two terms. What are they, how do you use them, and where do you get them?

frosting sheets are for edible images, use can use in your edible ink printer. I am unsure of the other term.

Paramount crystals are a shortening-type flake that is added to melted chocolates to make the consistency thinner and smoother. I've used them and they're okay, but I prefer to just use a tiny amount of Crisco instead. It's cheaper and does the same thing.
