Just wondering what the best tasting/easy to work with/ crusting buttercream you can buy is?I have a Wedding Cake to do in a Hotel room 2 hours away from home and my supplies. I was thinking of just buying the buttercream in tubs. Any ideas????
I use the commercial BC from Brill almost every time- thins down well to get smooth icing and crusts over nicely!
Dawn is also a good icing. it tastes great and crusts well.
