Has anyone ever tried covering a 3 tiered cake with rolled buttercream?
I am trying it for wedding cake to look like fondant however a tastier taste.
Any suggestions?

I was as guilty as the next person of thinking all fondant tasted horrible. I make my own now, and since I add flavoring as I see fit, I find it quite tasty.
I have tried the rolled buttercream but I find it even harder to work with, and I can't get past the oily taste and feel of it.
