I think this has been asked numerous times but I am just not finding specific answers to calm my worried brain. I have been requested to do a wedding cake to feed 200 people. I have baked several size round cakes now and don't know if they will be enough. I have a 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 in, 12 in and 14 in. I really don't know what I am doing with this. I have never really had to feed this many people. Any help and suggestions will be appreciated.

According to Wilton's chart a 6" serves 12, 8" serves 24, 10" serves 38, 12" serves 56 and 14" serves 78. The top tier is often saved for the first anniversary so if that's happening you don't count it.

How tall are the finished cakes going to be? That makes a difference... and are you counting the top tier?

First of all, you have to determine what serving sizes you'll be using:
